The dental practice is relocating from 1904 Franklin Street, Suite #407. This new facility features state-of-the-art technology, offers gorgeous accommodations for patients, and is conveniently located in downtown Oakland near the BART 12th street City Center station. Rotunda Dental is currently accepting appointments at the new location.
About the Doctors: Dr. Sean Bullard is a 1997 graduate of University of California Berkeley and a 2002 graduate of Howard University Dental School. Dr. Randall Hayashi earned his doctorate degree in dental science from University of the Pacific in 1988. The doctors have practiced in the Oakland area for many years and have a stellar reputation for patient satisfaction. They are supported by a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and guest service experts. Drs. Sean Bullard and Randy Hayashi are also pleased to announce they will be joined by Dr. Ronald Bullard, Dr. Sean Bullard’s father, a long-time respected dentist in the Oakland community.
Dr. Ronald Bullard graduated from Howard University School of Dentistry in 1974 and is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and National Dental Association. He is also an expert examiner on the California State Dental Board and a certified Invisalign® specialist
